Ricardo Ocampo
Founder and Director
Woodworker and furniture designer. His designs have received mentions at international fairs. He also taught in the Spanish and Portuguese Department at Yale University in the last millennium. He studied literature in college and has never stopped being a compulsive reader. Llenando Espacios was born from his conviction about the need to expand our reality and contribute to constructing the social fabric and reducing inequality. He is convinced that he receives more from Llenando Espacios than he gives. His work in Llenando Espacios is pro bono.
María Francisca Ortega
Project Coordinator
Mother of Federico and Matilde. She studied Economics (U. de los Andes) and then an MBA at IESE in Barcelona. She has experience in management consulting. She worked in new business development in a company in the maritime sector and for nine years in Avianca in different positions. In the last stage, she was Director of Integration and Operational Optimization, reporting to the COO of the company, and led the company's Operating Committee. In 2021, she decided to take a break, dedicate herself to her children, and reconsider how she wanted to approach her work life moving forward. In this new stage, she wants to give back to the country with her time and skills while continuing to grow as a person, leader, and professional. Her work in Llenando Espacios is pro bono.
Marcela Meléndez
Founder and member of the Board of Directors
She is an economist who works in economic development. She believes in the premise of Llenando Espacios, of the transformative capacity of the spaces in which we live and the need to promote spaces that bring the community closer. Her work in Llenando Espacios is pro bono.
Juan Pedro Ocampo
Member of the Board of Directors
Audiovisual content producer, communicator and photographer. He has settled in Colombia after nine years abroad. Upon his return, he re-linked with Llenando Espacios, a family project he knows of and has participated in since childhood in different capacities. His work in Llenando Espacios is pro bono.
Jerónimo Ocampo
Member of the Board of Directors
Lawyer. He currently works in the competition and intellectual property area of the firm Gómez Pinzón. He has been linked in different capacities with Llenando Espacios since its foundation. As a member of its Board of Directors, he provides advice on legal matters. His work in Llenando Espacios is pro bono.
